When I Started:
Aug, 2008
How I Started:
I was somewhere around 190 lbs. and had a BMI of 31+. I let it get there and only I could change it. I know where I want to be and I am enjoying the journey there. I went from a Golden Gloves boxer to a "couch potato" and will never stop until I am better than I ever was.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to look and feel better in my 30's than I did in my 20's. I want to be incredible in my 40's and unforgetable in my 50's.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting my wife into going to the gym for HERSELF.

I want to gain muscle and definition while stripping away fat.
Goal (Long):
I just simply want to be proud of my body! I don't want to be average!! My short term goal is to cut down and build as much as possible at the same time. Long term is the INCREDIBLE HULK!

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
It is good for me to look back at where I have been from time to time. It helps me to better plan my direction I need to go. I pride myself on being sure footed and making wise decisions. Most of the time anyway, I am still human.
Having said that, it kind of brings me to the meat and taters...
I work one body part per day for six days. I'm constantly tweeking the routines and getting them right. I have a VERY limited gym to work with, but I get it done. I'll get my program up to date soon and post it in a few days.
