I have worked out on and off for the last 16 years. I had hernia surgery in '06 and really let myself go.
Why I Love It:
As a member of the R.F.K.A. (Recovering Fat Kids Association) I can't say that I love it ... It is a necessary evil.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror everyday to remind myself of how much work I have left.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 20 pounds in 4 months.
Dropped to 26.5% bodyfat/4.6 loss in a month.
Down to about 22%/I guess I am finally becoming more disciplined with my diet.

I can't seem to lose any weight. I hit the gym at least 5-6 times a week for 2 hour sessions. I can see the results and changes in my muscles. The only problem I am having is the consistency in my diet. It's not from a lack of trying though. I eat as clean as possible. But the food here...
