  • Ups and downs, traveling for the job pushed me off track a little bit but I am getting myself back together. I am doing paleo, except the last 3 weeks traveling and feeling kind of not so good - ****** eating and no lifting really sucks. Eating is in check again and lifting will be by middle of next week :) I am basically following the starting strength program (if I am not olympic lifting). Thanks for stopping by, I will be on here more often, I know it helps a lot..
