How I Started: finally i got tired of feeling old and tired every morning, and decided to get in shape, i've always been fat, i still i'am. i'm scare of messurin my body fat,but i'm very happy with the way i look. my goal is not to look good in 3 monhts of get ready for summer, is actually be healthy and feel good my whole life. i take one day at the time,is hard but i can do it, i would also like one day help other people to get in shape and save their lives. sorry about my writing.
Why I Love It: it makes me feel younger than ever!!!!!!!
How I Stay Motivated: i love to feel that soreness of the next day workout. if you don't feel pain your not doing anything!!!!!!

Hey! Yeah I know. I have been gone for a bit. I not only let myself get derailed, I didn’t dish out the encouragement to my friends. I apologize. I know I don’t have to but I have found that my friends help me stay on track and I hope I do you as well. Nojoda viejo vaya progresion que has hecho... felicitaciones, a mi todavia los cauchos de los oblicuos no se me quieren bajar, bueno pero eso sera por poco tiempo porque ya la semana que viene empiezo a entrenar como debe ser porque estuve 3 semanas de morsa echado en casa sin hacer nada.... Hey viejo que bien escuchar eso... a mi me va bien, voy a ver pa cuando comienzao la dieta (es que la comida es muy buena..jejeje!!!) pero dandole muy duro a los hierros, ahorita estoy entrenando un musculo por dia....nos vimos, un abrazo hermano!!!
