Yeah, I went back in March. It was ****ing crazy. I didn't make it, got a med DQ for the week, but I have another shot. I made a spec ops club at my det this semester. Also, I just got back from FT, so I'm POC now finally. Got DG at FT. It was fun.
I'm pretty sure I am gaining fat, its just hard to tell because I go up in weight relatively slowly, I only shoot for about 2-3 lbs a month.
My tips would be eat clean and don't go up in weight too quickly.

Thanks elias. Built up most of my size with stiff leg deads, and almost nothing else! When I got my shoulders and knees in some order, added chin, dip, clean+press, row. From May '06, health issues stopped my deads for a year! Am now back to my previous strength, but no endurance.

Yep I am trying out a 12 week plan I came across on MensHealth.com it involves a strict no carbs for the first 4 weeks to cut fat then a bulking while maintaining lean physique during following 8 weeks.
