I started going to the gym when I was in high school in the off season to keep in shape for field hockey. I've always been active with sports and running but I started getting interested and learning/trying more w/weight lifting in 2007. Only recently developed a goal to do heavier lifting and make it a lifestyle..not just a hobby.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel strong, keeps me sane in this crazy, stressful world and it allows me to live to my fullest potential.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Trail running or cross country skiing...because they are outside and it's more of an adventure.. i get bored with cardio at the gym so i gotta change it up a lot

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Have you been going out at all? I have been keeping busy and when I do go out I have been hitting Gippers :) What are you doing for your Masters, Miss Motivated??
So do you bulk, and cut, or just lift hard, and try to stay lean all the time? Did you have a good Christmas? Would be nice to get some snow in Maine, instead of rain!
