What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Trail running or cross country skiing...because they are outside and it's more of an adventure.. i get bored with cardio at the gym so i gotta change it up a lot

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I've never tried cross country, though I did end up on a downhill trail, on Saddleback that I had to push for like 1/4 mile.....yup my heart was pumping.:)I downhill at Lost Valley alot....its small, but close. Hope you have a Nice Thanksgiving..How are your workouts?
We were in Portland saturday for my son's All-star Football games, and it was like terrential downpours during his evening game....it was crazy. For sure on the snow, not ready, but it's coming for sure. Gotta tune up the snowmobiles. Hope you have a gr8 week, also, and hope life is treating you good. Do you ski?
Just working hard on getting some fat to melt off. I've been doing some HIIT and trying to do a cutting diet. Hopefully on New Years day there will be some pics i can be proud to unveil
sorry i havent gotten back to you in so long, i havent been on bodyspace in a longtime hahah my gym has all the regular things like treadmills, eliptical, conspt 2 rower, upright and recumbent bikes, cybex selectorized equipment and then i added on a seperate weight room out back with platforms, and free weights, that is also where i train athletes, you should come on up and check it out sometime
Well..cut out a little bit of what you think you dont need??? Little changes over a longer period of time are better than the quick drastic ones I think.
Anytime!!! Also thank you for the compliment as well :) I have some work to do in the gym tho! Hopefully I will start to see results soon!
P.S. Killer Abs!!!!
