OK Vacations over had a great time living it up in ST Thomas(oh the food). But back to grind no more slakcing
Goal (Long):
Starting in on the long term tranformation of my body. Looking to lose the excess weight have good muscle tone and definition. Not looking to get big, just tone what ever muscles that lie beneath the mess I created over the years. Live healthier for the long run.

I am trying to get back on track...Dunno what happened but for about 2 weeks I completely stopped exercising and ate whatever I wanted. I started feeling like crap and couldnt figure out why...then I had that DUH moment...lol :-)

I'm well indeed Nikki! The whole pizza did it's magic again - got me over the 120lb milestone. WhoooooHooooo. I'm so weird. Hope ur wkend is going well too. Watch out for those pachaderms (lol)... *smile*
Thanks for the positve feedback. I'm strongly considering going back to the Atkins Diet to lose more bodyfat and just focus on trying to maintain the muscle I have built over the last 9 months. I'm going crazy looking at my gut. It has to go. Thanks again for the comment and listening to my little rant. BTW, your makeing good progress yourself. You look leaner too.

Hey! I'm pretty good. Yes, I am ready for summer break, unfortunately my kids go year round so I'll only get 2 weeks. I guess that's better than nothing. How are things going for you?
