i joined the military and i wanted to become more fit. i had messed around with weights previously but never anything serious..at first i had no clue what i was doing..i was such an idiot. i just started talking to older guys..and they guided me along the right path.
Why I Love It:
i love when i am with people the same age as me and i am bigger than them...or at work when there is something heavy to be moved and i am the one they call on to move it...it makes my day complete if i get a good workout in..i feel at peace with myself
How I Stay Motivated:
i am not the biggest ive seen for my age by far..and i just imagine all the people that have given me shit in life..or blown me off..just generally treated me bad. and in most cases i have seen them later in life when i visit back home and they arnt doing much..and i am motivated and heading places in life and they see that. they get a look on their faces that is priceless.
BB Accomplishments:
none so far..closest thing would have to be when i look back 6 months or so ago some of the sets im working with now used to be my old max's.

basically i go in intervals of 4 weeks. i start out at 4-5 reps for 4 weeks eating around 3500-4000 kcals a day. i go for 4 weeks..then i switch to 7-9 reps and 3000-3300 calories. after those 4 weeks i take 2-4 days off depending on how i feel. and i start all over.
Thanks, ya I found the little mixture! I switch last month just to change it up some. Switched to the Max Muscle Pro. Give it a try. I mix the Chocolate with Strawberry! Yum!
Great job so far and certainly very interesting reading. had a good laugh on the forums, NOT at you BUT with you and your stories. Glad you also had a chance to show those negative ones how well you've done so far. Continued success in all goals. Andre
