I am going to work out 5 times a week, including cardio and weight lift, and eating clean and according to David K.'s diet, drinking 2 liters of water a day.
Mon-cardio (treadmill, stairs, bike)
Tue-circiut or body pump
Wed-cardio (trail running)
Thu-circuit or body pump
Fri- boot camp or the most intense workout because I have 2 days to rest
Sat-rest
Sun-rest
you can do it in 3 months. with a ton of diet and weight training.
but i would suggest trying like 6 months depending on the bodyfat levels you start with.. so a 200 lbs person with 30% bf ( 60lbs ) would have to look loose 40lbs to get to 10% bf. so 5 lbs a week =8 weeks to meet goal.. but the fat loss fluxuates.
you look great darling.ive been trying to get my wife in shape ever since our baby.now the baby is 12 yrs old and she still has problems, but your'e great motivation for her.she will be on this site soon.you're AMAZING!
thanks! but i've been slacking off the past 2 weeks...the average training session is about an hour, except for the yoga (I swap in a cardio day instead) which takes 90 minutes. I really like it, really intense, definately something everybody should try atleast once in their lifetime.
progress looks great on you! keep it up!
