Starting over right now. Was working out heavily in 2006, met my goals, and took a break, got a demanding new job and determined to fit training into my lifestyle
Why I Love It:
Lifting makes me happy--all day every day. I love seeing the physical and mental changes from lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
That is the question before the court :( Really having trouble getting my workouts in because of a mentally draining job and grad school.
BB Accomplishments:
In 2006 I lost 5 lbs of fat and gained 5-10 lbs of muscle in 3 mos, all without changing my dress size and on a vegetarian diet. I was super proud of myself, and want to get back to challenging my body.

My goal is to focus on strength and agility in a "functional fitness" context. No bulking/cutting for comps, just training like an athlete. I probably need to lose ~3-5 lbs of fat. Building muscle is a given. Hoping to stay around my current weight, but change body composition--We'll see.
