When I Started: May, 2007
How I Started: I started working out in high school back in 98 and lost touch after getting involved with drinking and drugs.
Why I Love It: When I work out, it makes me feel great. I love to look and feel healthy. I am closer to the Lord, Jesus Christ because I take care of myself, the temple he has lent me.
How I Stay Motivated: I see results and want to see more!!!
