husband is deployed, both kids are in school this year...it was time to kick this body into shape
Why I Love It:
i feel good when i do it. strong and healthy. I got a huge boost in moral with the first 3 lbs. I cant imagain how good it will feel when i reach my goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be healthy and trim when the husband come home. I want to take a run with him. Can't do that if I stay fat.
BB Accomplishments:
I've just started all this I have some small accomplishments,the big ones have yet to come, but they will.

Goal (Long):
1.Loose 45-50 lbs. 60 would be even better!
2.loose this weight before my husband returns from Iraq in the late summer/early fall of 08.
3.Have made a good dent in the above goal before he comes home for vacation in feb.
4.Make healthy eating and excercise a part of my everyday life.
5.Where clothing not consittered "plus sized".
6. I want 0% arm wiggel.
7. I want nice trim thighs.
8. I want to have normall blood preasure.
9. I want to LOOK and FEAL great!!!
well, the workout progress is going great. Down a few more pounds and inches. Problem is when I wake up in the morning I am so sick to my stomic. Before anyone says it, no I'm not pregnant, husband is in Iraq...has been for like 4 months. I drink a slim fast first thing and that used to curb...
