keeps my head together. i love a healthy lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
well when i was 15 i had a left shoulder reconstruction. at 19 in the Marine Corps i snapped my right leg and tore 6 ligaments resultin in a knee replacement/reconstruction. i don't let those things stop me so lookin back on how i've came out of those has def motivated me. it hasn't been easy and i'm just now finally gettin back on track but hey where would be the fun in easy?
BB Accomplishments:
coming back from a Left shoulder reconstruction and a Right knee replacement/reconstruction.

Wow, you've had some major medical setbacks, but it looks like it's full-steam ahead for you hulking out in that beast. Great traps BTW. Good luck growing, and hope you stay injury-free!
