Always had to work out for baseball in high school but when I came to college I just decided I wanted a different look and the more I lifted the more I liked the changes I saw and I haven't stopped since.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel like I'm doing my best to stay in shape and work off the partying from the weekend.
How I Stay Motivated:
Gotta get that perfect beach body. And I wouldnt mind doing some modeling in the future
BB Accomplishments:
Right now I've been lifting regularly for almost a year and in that year I've put on almost 5 lbs of muscle.
Uhh Louisville, I dunno I was 13 when we left. I hung out at Champs roller skating rink & I went to Zachary Taylor Elementary & Dunn Middle School & Kentucky Country Day private school. I think the high school there was Westport???? This is taking me waaaaaay back! (lol)
umm you can do alot of things....check out crossfit.com they have some good stuff...
body weight exercises or lighter weight and ton of reps to exhaustion work well...
usually i just do sprints....
5min warm up jog
100m sprint 100m walk (repeat x 10)
5 min cooldown jog
there is alot of different stuff you can do though search MATTHORs cardio corner on the workout forum lotsa great stuff....
