elaine0423 Week 6 was a dud! I totally skipped 3 days and ate like a junkie ;-( But ya know what? its all good cause I'm back at it! Cranking things up

So I'm on the 4th Week day 4 of the 12 Week Lean Body program. I'm seeing some nice changes but feel like my progression has just stopped. For example, I'm gaging things by the looks of my abs...and they look the same. I wonder if I should up my abs training or just keep at it ? or even cut back on some calories (which I don't want to do because I'm feeling really satisfied with how much I'm eating and can at times eat more). So, has anyone else experienced this? When will those abs really start... Go to BodyBlog

elaine0423 crazy rotating workout today. 10 min stairmaster, 10min treadmill, 10 leg press elliptical, and 20min swim. whew!!! exhausted :) Feel great!

karlart Today went awesome! I was sore (and now even more sore!) but it still felt great. Looking forward to my active rest day tomorrow. I'm currently using regular whey I think it's 24g or protein per serving. Isolates are great and you can't beat that extra protein! Jan 22, 2013 6:13pm

karlart Also have you tried supplementing your daily meals? Such as a meal replacement shake or bar? Sometimes they can help by packing more nutrition into a smaller size so that you can get more essentials until you adapt to eating 5 meals, without being stuffed out of your mind! Just an idea! karlart I've been making my own meals but using his suggested foods. For instance I have been eating egg white and spinach burritos for breakfast and having salad, brown rice and chicken or fish for lunch/dinner. I also follow the "rule of thirds" he suggested Jan 22, 2013 8:29am

karlart Yeah I could barely sleep to be honest haha! I was up late reading up on nutrition and meal plans. The nutrition portion is what always gets me frustrated so im trying to take my time with that and eat better. Can't wait to say I finished week 1 Jan 21, 2013 6:30pm
