So I'm on the 4th Week day 4 of the 12 Week Lean Body program. I'm seeing some nice changes but feel like my progression has just stopped. For example, I'm gaging things by the looks of my abs...and they look the same. I wonder if I should up my abs training or just keep at it ? or even cut back on some calories (which I don't want to do because I'm feeling really satisfied with how much I'm eating and can at times eat more). So, has anyone else experienced this? When will those abs really start... Go to BodyBlog

Feb 14, 2013 | Likeelaine0423 crazy rotating workout today. 10 min stairmaster, 10min treadmill, 10 leg press elliptical, and 20min swim. whew!!! exhausted :) Feel great!
