Background

When I Started: May 2008
HOW I STARTED:

After 9 years in the Marines, I kinda let myself go and didn't think anything of it. Well, for my birthday my wife wanted to buy me a skydiving package and to her surprise I am beyond the weight limit for the tandem jumps. A whole 20 pounds over! So I said, That's it! and started working out.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Because I can see results. Regardless of what level I am at, there is always room for improvement.

Kicking it up a notch

Well, not kicking it, but... Since I started my weight loss efforts, I have yet to drop a poung, BUT, today I managed to sqeeze my belt into the next notch.  Hope to continue in that direction, and whi the help of the very helpful people of BodyBuilding.com (yes, all of you who answer my posts and write articles, etc.)  I should be able to accomplish my goasl.  Will be updating regularly.
