Morning: Standard GNC fishoils and multivitamins, along with Up Your Mass by MHP for a protein shake and I'll eat a high protein meal.
Pre Workout: This is kind of my own personal cocktail but I mix one scoop of Cellucor C4 and one scoop Cellucor BCAA with gatorade for the electrolytes along with some MHP T-Bomb supps and in between work out sessions I eat some MHP Power Pack Pudding to fuel up the mucles groups I've burnt out.
Post Workout: Right after I leave the gym I try to keep a premade bottle of MHP Dark Matter with me to help sustain muscle just to get me home and pound down another high protein and low carbs meal.
