well its been an on and off thing since i have no partner and thus i am less motivated. what made me workout was seeing bodybuilders and strong characters in tv shows. ive always wanted perfect physique & awesome strength. if others can do it so can i. im still in the beginning though so just wait!
Why I Love It:
i love to workout because after doing so i feel refreshed, my muscles are tight, energy flows through the body like i could do anything. working out gives me a challenge, is healthy, and promotes strength and muscle growth. in other words it makes me feel really good.
How I Stay Motivated:
i look at my body and tell myself that i can do and look better, to accomplish that i need to workout, eat healthy. pretty much i say "i dont like what i see, improve it." i also compete with friends on size and strength and try to be on top. there is also this girl, shes already interested a little but if we ever hookup i want a hot body just for her, until then maybe i can impress other chicks.

i'm tellin ya it's all about findin out what works for u. i've learned a lot myself thru sites like this & magazs like FLEX and Muscle & Fitness. In the end tho, ur diet is the most important part to seeing change as well as ur heart & desire to get better! so figure out a liftin & cardio load that u like & see how things feel. if u got any questions, don't be afraid to hit me back. later
