It's been one month now and I'm embarrassed to post a photo even though I will. I'm sure I look worse now than when I started. The workouts are getting stronger and more frequent. But my eating habits are out of control. I'm wondering if it's because I'm so tired. I know...
I wish you best of luck in reaching all of your goals train hard and stay focus'd your friend industrialfreak "F*ck the beach muscles, bring on the freak muscles"
Becky,
Hang in there. We all can see your progress and it looks good. First thing I notice was your posture. Keep up the hard work it will pay off. Don't worry about your diet. It's the hardest thing to get a hold of and control. You'll get there. Just keep moving along. Wish you the best.
I suggest you decide if you want to cut or build first. I decided to cut first because I hated feeling soft and having a gut. Some don't care and can wait it out while they bulk and cut after they've gained significant muscle. For cutting, I'm doing 1,480 calories...for bulk, 3400-3500....see the difference?
Regarding advice on your workout regimen, I need to know what exactly your goals are. Your diet and workout regimen seem to not match a specific goal. I see that you want a beach body and a muscular butt....so it sounds like a complete transformation is the goal.
What I mean by questioning the calories is that you don't need that much. I topped out at 3400-3500 calories based on my lean body mass and activity level (very high).
Thanks! I've been working out really hard and just started cutting again. I need my six pack!
PM me your actual daily schedule and workout routine. I question the 4,000 calories very much.....and yes, whey is vital. Especially when you know what kind and how to use it to maximize your weight loss/muscle gain goals :)
