I love cooking! making regular meals into healthy meals is my favorite :)
meal 1 (if I'm hungry): scoop of protein in my cold coffee... with a little milk it tastes just like a mocha iced coffee
meal 2: (alternates days) 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites and 1 oz ground sausage with 1 oz either ground turkey or ground chicken
OR
1/2 cup oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins
meal 3: (varies daily) this week I had chocolate chicken or meat muffin or fajita or chicken
meal 4: (varies daily) this week I had tuna steak or fajita or chili, with either sweet potatoes or cottage cheese. And big helping of broccoli
meal 5: (varies daily) pretty much the same as meal 3
meal 6: sccop of protein with water (post workout)
meal 7: (if i'm hungry) scoop of casein with a snack (popcorn, no sugar pudding, etc)
meals 3, 4, and 5 are all like entrees, but I do smaller portions for meals 3 and 5. And I add veges and a side to meal 4. I go to bed pretty early and aren't usually hungry when i first wake up, so eating the bulk of my food in the middle of the day works best for me.
I love cooking and use my crockpot all the time to make a bunch of portions at once.
