Tired of getting winded going up the stairs. I've been in the gym on and off over the years.

How I Stay Motivated:
I see others that are about my age with respectable bodies and decide it doesn't have to been them only. The we results I notice from time to time in my own body make me want to see more.
I love working out, I like the pain and the effort and the results. I've never actually reached the 6-pack goal, though I been strong in my weight lifting itself. I know the problem, it's my lack of cardio and fat burning exercises. Well, I'm 40 now and I'm focused, hey that sounds good (40 and focused), think I'll use it. Anyway, I hit the gym 11 times a week and slowly transforming this body of mine. I want the six pack, the 19" arms, etc. I want to get back to my 350# bench and the whole works. We'll see as the time passes.
