How I Started:
It's just a goal I've set for myself. I'm a full time college student and I work full time so I don't get a lot of excersize in. My goal is to workout for at least 30 minutes everyday.

I bought two dresses that my boyfriend thinks I look beautiful in but I don't feel too confident. If I lost a few pounds around my waist I'd be as excited as he is to see me where sexy clothes.

I want to lose 20 lbs.
Goal (Long):
I used to weigh 225lbs and now I'm at 159lbs; over 60lbs. But it seems I'm at a slump. I can't seem to lose any more. I really want to lose about 20 more lbs. When I began dieting I didn't excersize at all. I just did the Mayo Clinic Diet and lost weight by eating meat and veggies. I don't have a lot of time to devote to working out now because I work +40 hrs a week and I take 5 college classes. I did try walking 2 miles everyday for 2 months, this past summer, but I didn't lose any weight or gain any muscle. Any advice?

ok A LOT of people have different opinion on this subject, but (in my opinion) if you wanna tone up your arms try going light-weight training......either curls or tricep pushdowns.....doesn't have to be too heavy, but light-weight/high reps....additionally, u gotta do sum kind of cardio work, whether it's running or bicycling to lose whatever bodyfat you have in your arms, so it could get even more toned :)
