Hey sista! How is that beach body coming? I did my first Chalean Extreme workout last night and I am impressed. It's like a P90X workout in half the time. It's on girlie!

It's a set of 12 dvd's by Tony Horton from beachbody.com. Lots of strength training. It's a 90 day program and the workouts change every 30 days. It works really well for me because I have to work out at home. Lots of pull ups, push ups, squats and lunges. There is also plyometrics, yoga and kenpo. Seems to be working pretty well for me.

That is awesome. Good job! I've finished the first two weeks of the P90X program and I love it. I'm not taking measurements until the end of 30 days, but my clothes are fitting differently already. I have lots more energy, which is nice. And my kids did the Back and Shoulders exercises with me last night, that was fun. I'm excited to see what the future brings!
