Overall Goal: Add 10 lbs of muscle and when I reach that, then do it again.

Weight is slowly climbimg and I feel stronger than ever during my workouts, now if I can just find a lifting partner dedicated like me.

When I Started:
Sep, 2006
How I Started:
Tired of being that skinny runner so I stopped long distance running and decided it was time to gain weight and stack on the muscle.
Why I Love It:
For me its addictive to go in the gym and see an improvement in amount of weight and amount of size that I gain. Plus I dont want to be the average american statistic.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pro bodybuilders pictures and watch pro bodybuilder training videos.I blast my favorite lifting music and the fact that I have to be as strong and as big as i can to wrestle the bad guys.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from a 125-130 lbs skin and bones runner to now I weigh about 155-160 pounds of mostly muscle.
Add 10 lbs of muscle and when I reach that, then do it again.
Goal (Long):
I want to get as big and strong as I can. My long term goal would to be 200+ lbs of pure muscle and power. I want people to think HOLY ****! when I step out of my cruiser.
What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
Look for a gym that has the atmosphere your looking for...if you like to be loud and train hardcore style then Don't go to a place like PLANET FITNESS where your not aloud to breath too loud, drop a weight, grunt out a max rep, or be in great shape to say the least.Look for a gym that has the atmosphere your looking for...if you like to be loud and train hardcore style then Don't go to a place like PLANET FITNESS where your not aloud to breath too loud, drop a w...more

Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
PROS:More equipment, training partners, sometimes helpfull tips from people who know what they are talking about. CONS: can get a little crowded, people bothering you with questions or if your done on a piece of equipment or with their information that they have no idea what the hell they are talking about.PROS:More equipment, training partners, sometimes helpfull tips from people who know what they are talking about. You look way too bulky to be a hard gainer and that's all that matters! Keep up the good work (keep eating!) and post some new pics so we can see the progress.
It must be a hardcore gym! Can't believe how much you progressed in your photos. Are you sure you're a hardgainer? Really thick arms and pecs. You need to post some recent shots!
Hey man, its hard to believe 2 yrs ago you were 125 lbs. You've really transformed your physique in to an amazing solid and ripped physique. Great chest thickness and pecs have great symmetry, shape, and separation. Arms are huge and defined. Traps and midsection are incredible too. Keep pumping the iron bro you are scluplting one heck of a physique.
