I started working out when I saw my body getting out of shape..in the year 2003 i was very fit but i got sick with Gastric Ulcer and my doctor told me to eat.Way back i had an improper diet. Before the year 2003 I was very Obese I was 90kg and I started doing low intensity cardio and my big mistake was I won't eat. After that I developed Gastric Ulcers and Things gotten worse I developed nervous breakdown. And I ate and ate and I got back to where I weighed. After that all my hardwork was gone. Years went by I tried all workouts out there and none of them worked. In the year 2006 my dad brought home some Flex Magazines and Muscle and Fitness Magazines.I read them all and i got interested in bodybuilding. I started lifting and eating right. after 2 months I dropped 10lbs of body fat.But then my schoolwork got in the way and I stopped lifting and exercising. Now I am ready to change my image not for fame, I just want to have that sense of fulfillment when I see my body in the mirror. now I'm on my 4th week in lifting and training. I can't post my before pics because I don't have one, but when I'm done I'll post my recent pics.
Why I Love It:
I love the pumps after workout. Keeps me motivated all day. Keeps me off the junk foods and love the thought of what I will look like after my training and hardwork.
How I Stay Motivated:
My Girlfriend, When I look at shredded people, they keep me motivated, and when I see my ugly body in the mirror....That keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I can see my two packs now..my biceps are now peaked, and my man boobs are getting smaller.

I do all my cardio right AFTER lifting weights 5 days a week. Your body tends to be in more of a "fat burning mode" when you do this. Your heart rate is up from lifting and "ride" that effect into your cardio. I do about 15-20 minutes moderate cardio.
Thank you! Thats not an easy question, but it has to do with excess calories the body isn't burning. I have to keep a pretty low carb diet to keep that pouch from forming. Again, not an easy task! Best of luck to you!
