When I Started:
How I Started: I left high school senior summer at 190lbs. The next 3 years, I watched myself balloon to 245lbs of fat!! I was always down about myself and needed to make a change for ME! My girlfriend (of nearly 6 years) has always been fit/toned and I also felt that I ought to do the same for her even though she said she never saw me as fat!
