I left high school senior summer at 190lbs. The next 3 years, I watched myself balloon to 245lbs of fat!! I was always down about myself and needed to make a change for ME! My girlfriend (of nearly 6 years) has always been fit/toned and I also felt that I ought to do the same for her even though she said she never saw me as fat!

Hi, I am doing a survey on crepitus/clicks/cracks etc with regards to lifters like you and myself, and was curious to know whether you got clicks in your shoulders or anywhere else during the day or during weights?
