Adb1991 Sup bud, I know it definatley sucks! I haven't really done it for long, 3 months lifting, 2 off then 4 back on.. That ended in November and haven't done much since. Just seem to give up and restart every few months. Jan 13, 2013 3:35pm

justme7 ahhh that's crazy. i'm sure we've crossed paths, then. i didn't really head to sunset all that much, except when rolling through on 19th, but i was always out in the surrounding districts. :) what do you do that has you traveling up and down the bay area? i actually loved the west coast, but i'm from florida, so i moved back for a lot of reasons, including for my job and i finished with the school i moved out there to attend. justme7 thanks for the add :) awesome build. what part of the city are you in? i lived in mill valley in the north bay for three years, then i moved to berkeley for a year before i just moved back to florida this last week. used to hit up the marina on friday/saturday nights and sometimes out to SOMA. anyway, keep up the great work! I'm going on holiday 2 Bali in 3 weeks, literally just finished my last day of heavy protein and creatine loading.. I've got some oxyelite, but have no idea what to do as far as supplementation, or workouts.. Any advice? Or links? Jul 16, 2012 2:31am
