When I Started:
Mar, 2006
How I Started:
I was a fairly large kid from the ages of 8 to 13. At my heaviest I was 185 at only 5'3." I joined the wrestling team and lost 30 pounds in 3 months. the next year I lost 10 more pounds and my junior year I cut all the way down to the 125 class, I was miserable. I new I needed more muscle to be a true competitor so I trained all summer I gained 20 pounds and only cut about 5 lbs. I went into my senior year a real threat I was usually always in the top 4. And I became ranked 5th in the Region. Lets just say it was a great improvement.
Why I Love It:
It has done so much for me. I am a totaly different person now. I love the challenge and the euphoria I experience in the gym. And the results I have experienced.
How I Stay Motivated:
Realizing how much I have achieved and how far I am willing to go.
My ultimate goal is to become a natural pro. I realize I need to put on more muscle. I know time is on my side and that there are no shortcuts in this sport so i just enjoy the journey. I love getting stronger and I like the confidence I feel from lifting and getting bigger. I want to inspire people the way I was when I first got into this sport.
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
I would have to say Stan Mcquay, Flex Lewis, and Brandon Curry. All have great shape and symmetry. These athletes have the physiques I aspire to develop.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Think about what you have accomplished so far. Time is going to pass no matter what. Why not improve. Think about what you want out of this life and GO FOR IT!
Thanks man. I did my best to take it to them. I felt like that was my posedown and anyone watching could see that. Bodybuilding is subjective so you can't control the outcomes! I'll be doing my best to bring in a better, tighter package at The Nationals in Dallas 14 & 1/2 weeks from now. Thanks again for the support and all the best bro!
