It was just cardio for the first week, my last progress pic was just before I started adding weights. Its been about 2 weeks since then now :)

Thanks for the advice, I'm really making an effort to keep any and all non productive food out of my system.
I do have a question though, since I biked a lot before picking up this weight rountine I have to bike at least 60mins before I feel like I've done any cardio at all (at 90rpm in a middle gear)... is this too much?

As for what exercises,

is a great guide of what sort of things you can do to work your muscles.
Other than that be patient, upload a new progress pic each month and above all *love what you are doing*.

Its what a lot of us on here turn to as a good foundation for a basic fitness program.
The next thing to do is read, read, read. There are plenty of articles on the super site, start with reading some on nutrition (which is the most important part of body building) then move to other areas.
