What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Either set up a home gym or but a *one month* gym membership. Do plenty of reasearch and HAVE FUN!
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Too much, too little, not eating right, trying to fit it in with too many other extra curricular activities etc.
What is the best age to start lifting weights?

Why thank you. You seem to have made some good progress in short time (looking at your progress pics) Great job! Are you doing weight training or just cardio?

Hey bud..I really don't have any "secret" tips to give...I've just used hard work. I've been doing cardio and abs 4x per week in the mornings before work. And then lifting 6 days/week besides. Also, I use Jake Purdy (jakespeptalk) for my nutrion and he does great work..I have stuck to my diet 100% and i have gotten amazing results. You should def talk to him if you are looking for a trainer..otherwise, hard work is always the way to go!

well i already had the abs, they were just covered w/ some fat, so before I started lifting weights, I went a week with cardio everyday and very low calorie meal to help kick off shreddin fat and overall weight, than i started lifting and i do the 5 meals a day to keep the metabolism, trust me, it can be done

Well, I am going to be doing cardio 4 times a week, as well as lifting 5 days a week. Not to sure on the actual rutine just yet. I'm also going to be eating clean! Do you have any suggestions?
