How I Started:
I used to be very skinny and week. I was diagnosed with asthma when I was 3. I used to get sick every season. I was about 30lb lighter than what I am now. My nickname was Skeleton. I decided that enough is enough. And now my asthma is gone.
Why I Love It:
I've never felt so fit and healthy before. I love the way I look.
I went from skinny skeleton to six pack all muscled up.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I stand in front of the mirror after every workout. I feel like a million bucks.

Goal (Long):
Gaining is an issue for me. I have genetic problems. Took me more than 4 years to gain the 25lb that I didn't have. I'm working very hard. I'm hoping it will pay up.
Just got to be consistent in everything you do bro! That's it!..Consistency is the key! All my tats probably total about 3,000 all together..and it's all worth it!
