Thanks for the compliments! Cutting diet consisted of egg whites, oats, 99% lean turkey, white potatoes, sweet potatoes, and whey protein. Nothin but high quality foods!

of course impressing the ladies is important! isnt that one of the true underlying reasons why we weight train, to impress the opposite sex, i.e. look good naked? haha
Ill be up in NYC this weekend for the Team Universe. I def look forward to doing some cardio in Central Park. A change in scenery will really make the time go by faster!

I have def found that some type of activity, either cardio + cardio or cardio + weight training split over the day really gives the metab quite a boost... give it a shot!

Its def a blance of diet and cardio leading into the show. I try to keep my calories as high as possible to help keep the size on and stay fuller. I create the caloric deficit for fat loss by adding in low intensity cardio in the morning and pwo. I do HIIT on non-weight training days

Thanks for the compliment! Not sure why some guys on focus on the upper body! If you want a balanced physique but also a revved up metabolism, you gonna work the legs!!!
