Bodybuilding was a natural transition from my former athletic endeavors.
Why I Love It:
Its therapeutic, motivating, difficult, healthy and rewarding.
How I Stay Motivated:
There is no accident. No shortcut. No easy way out. There's only one thing you can't bottle or stick in your ass. It's a work ethic. Blood, guts and hard work are my main tools. Rage and anger is what fuels my intensity. Muhammad Ali once said there is no shame in going down. The only shame is if you don't get back up.

This was back in January. Definitely very soft and tipping the scales at about 233 lbs
Ab n thigh at the show... felt pretty good about my conditioning, especially thru the serratus and quads

What calf workout has worked best for you?
21s: 7 reps toes pointed out, 7 pointed in, and 7 straight forward. Squeeze and stretch the sh*t out of em!

Thanks, I think I'll need the luck. Last year there were some serious competitors in my class. After this show I plan on taking time off to grow as well (and to enjoy eating some of the finer things in life).
