How I Started:
I always loved working out in high school, so when I got to college I learned as much as I could to start lifting the right way.
Why I Love It:
It's a great stress reliever, and I love to see my body transforming.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing my body change is good enough for me
BB Accomplishments:
not exactly bodybuilding, but won the U-19 division for the Maine Marathon in 2007. I have also run two other marathons and will be competing in a fourth in May.

Goal (Long):
Even though I played sports throughout high school and have been consistently running distance for about four years, I have never been able to adopt a lifestyle that allows me to stop yo-yo dieting. I have had fitness highs and lows, and I want to find a high that I can maintain for the rest of my life.
