I still have not started life is crazy and I made it that way. I am starting my bodybuilding as a form of dicipline and to get a scheduel in my life. Only thing now that is certian is my 9-5 Job.
Why I Love It:
I have started to do childs play workout. 15 minutes on the treadmill or cycle, followed by a 30 min isolated muscle machine.
How I Stay Motivated:
So far I have not found motivation but I am looking for some new freinds who want to hang out at the gym.
I want to gain 41 pounds of lean muscle mass to prove to myself that I can do anything I put my mind to.
Goal (Long):
I come from a genetically blessed family but for some reason I was the only one who got the tall gene as well. This has made it hard for me to bulk up to the size of my father and brother. I can get cut and lean in a heart beat but never been able to gain bulk muscle. Since making the decision to become a master personal trainer (AFPA certification) I have also decided to use the knowledge that I am gaining to bulk up!
I have no idea what to expect but I have seen my brother gain and loose 30 lbs (in muscle) in a month. With an intense muscle confusion program split into a 3 four week cycles designed by me, a master nutrition program designed by Fransico, and the motivation of my loved ones I plan to get at close to my goal as humanly possible!
Seeing such a young bodybuilder makes me feel confident that I may also accomplish my goals with dedication, hard work, and perseverance! I am 25 and just starting my bodybuilding journey and he is the first person I have seen near my age.
thank you sir, find your focus man, and when you find it, push forward daily and don't stop until you reach your goals, and even after that, hell, keep on going bro..
