How I Started:
I got tired of being the tiny white kid. So I decided to change that. I started to go to the gym and eventually started to change my diet. I've grown ever since. Started at around 120lbs and I'm at 185ish lbs now, took about a year and a half thus far.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush I get when I'm at the gym, I like the respect and comments I get on my results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that if I stick at it, changes will come.
BB Accomplishments:
I'd say my best accomplishment would be going from 120lbs-180lbs within about 18 months.

Day 1 (Chest/Triceps - I try to do each exercise for 4 sets, increasing weight, minimum of 6 reps per set, usually hit around 8-10 until the last 2 sets, I used to do a 5x5 set (5 exercises for 5 sets though I see better results with what I do currently))
