I got tired of being the tiny white kid. So I decided to change that. I started to go to the gym and eventually started to change my diet. I've grown ever since.
Started at around 120lbs and I'm at 185ish lbs now, took about a year and a half thus far.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush I get when I'm at the gym, I like the respect and comments I get on my results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that if I stick at it, changes will come.
BB Accomplishments:
I'd say my best accomplishment would be going from 120lbs-180lbs within about 18 months.

Day 1 (Chest/Triceps - I try to do each exercise for 4 sets, increasing weight, minimum of 6 reps per set, usually hit around 8-10 until the last 2 sets, I used to do a 5x5 set (5 exercises for 5 sets though I see better results with what I do currently))

Ive been lifting for about 3 months now but, I think I'm stuck in a plateau. I started at 185lbs and, Ive gained about 10lbs. Could you give me some ideas for snacks between meals and, supplements you have taken?

whats up my kalamazoo brother, how have the gains been. long time no talk. i broke my wrist 2 weeks ago, so i can only concentrate on my core and legs now :/
