How I Started:
It took me a long time to get over my ex-girlfriend. I vowed not to speak or see her for a while, so I wanted to work my butt off at the gym over winter break so I could impress her when I did see her again. Every repetition I had that motivation in my mind.
Why I Love It:
Wow. There are so many things. I love the rush. I love the fact that no matter how bad your day has gone, you can have an amazing session and feel like a new man at the end of it. I love working to be better and look better. Bodybuilding is the life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to get bigger. I am never satisfied and there is always something to improve on. That is what keeps me going. Looking up to guys like BDawk, Cutler, and Coleman make me work harder.
BB Accomplishments:
Looking back on it all, I am really proud of myself so far. When I first started out, I remember I was afraid to go in the weight room, and I didn't know what the hell I was doing. I have gained so much knowledge, and have went from a skinny, 160 pound kid, to a built, 190 pound man.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Tennis elbow, currently have a messed up wrist. The use of braces helped as well as MSM.
