Looks like you're off to a good start. Keep it up. Eat, train hard, rest, watch the overtraining and you'll get to that 150.

I finished a DC cycle three weeks ago and am doing another program until December, when I will start another 5 or 6 weeks of DC. Yes, it is very hard and will wear you out. I no longer do it full time because it was taxxing me too much. But when I do it, like on the last cycle, the gains are tremendous.

At 5 months, you're probably not ready for DC. Only advanced trainers ( one year absolute minimum and for most people even longer) will get the most out of the program. The nutritional part is also very important which requires a lot of discipline.

I started DC Training in July 2006 which is an HIT type program and it is the best program I have ever done. There are similarities in how Yates trained, but DC uses rest pause sets while Yates used forced reps to increase the intensity. There is a description of DC Training in the Training Program section of my Bodyspace.

Thanks for the reply to my Blog. As to your question, I tried an HIT program called Max OT (Skip LaCour is a big advocate of this) several years ago, but because it doesn't incorporate any periodization and also because I was possibly training too many days a week, I plateaued pretty quickly and the most I got out of it was sore joints.

Those hot "shorts" you like are actually BB.com posing suits I purchased. The color really highlights the tan. Glad you liked them!

Good to see you are back in the saddle. You should gain it all back pretty quickly.

I ended up with a net gain of 1/4 inch on my arms the week after that crazy arm workout. The growth was mainly in my triceps.

Wonderful new pictures. If you do ever compete, you've got the base already established.

Thanks for the comment. You've done wonderful yourself in the last year. Your picture shows a great figure, especially with the flat stomach.
I used to live in southeast Pennsylvania and have been to Allentown a few times.
