It's been awhile since I've been on here. A lot has happened in the past two months. I lost my son in Nov and things have been crazy. I have not made time to really get back into the gym. I came back to this website hoping to get my motivation back. I've gained about 10-12 pounds. ...

Doing great with Cross Fit so far, I do my own workouts using different exercises 2 or 3 times a week seems to work great!
