How I Started:
I used to be fit and athletic. Between work, kids and laziness I really let myself go. I finally got tired of feeling and looking like a fat slob and decided to put the candy bars and french fries down and do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of after a work out. The feeling of accomplishment and seeing results is addicting.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at old pictures of myself - never again!! Looking at all the amazing transformations and what so many have accomplished on BodySpace.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 65+ lbs
Cut bodyfat from over 33% to ~ 12%

this is one of the few pics I could find that shows how out of shape I really was. I didn't like to get my picture taken back then. I can see why. Yikes!

Training is progressing about the same as yours, slow but sure. My abs are getting visible but a few more weeks should really help there. Just gotta deal with the aches & pains us older guys get LOL.
