How I Started:
I started lifting weights when I was in high school and joined the wrestling team. Then I joined the Army and continued with weights and running. I started learning about nutrition and different types of muscles and workouts. I didn't really figure out what worked for me until I was about 27. I have gotten away from it, due to some injuries that I've gotten over the last couple of years. So now I am ready to get back to what I love.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get after a workout. I am happier and more confident when I am working out. I like the way my body responds to the workouts and nutrition.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated primarily because I like the way my body looks. And I'm getting older and staying in shape keeps me young.
