How I Started:
I was fugly. I first started doing the cardio bunny stuff and then the fine people at TDP started showing me that the was no way to do it. I am still quite pudgy so I feel like this may be a lil slow going but I'm working my way there I want to get sleek... I DON'T WANT TO LOOK LIKE A MAN THOUGH
Why I Love It:
I actually find it enjoyable to lift because I like the feeling that I can kick someone's ass. I also like that I'm getting smaller sleeker... slight hotter (I'm a butter-face so there ain't some things you can fix)
How I Stay Motivated:
It's tough. But everytime I read my BF % being lower it makes me feel a bit better about myself
BB Accomplishments:
I went from could do a squat to I'm working towards my body weight (major goal) My pants are the same size but my butt looks better I can't imagine what my BF% used to be but I'm down to 25% and working my way down

k so so far I've only missed two days last week exercising... which is good.

My eating clean was blown last week and frankly probably the next two weeks. I'm kinda doing good where I can realizing that...
