I was fugly.
I first started doing the cardio bunny stuff and then the fine people at TDP started showing me that the was no way to do it.
I am still quite pudgy so I feel like this may be a lil slow going but I'm working my way there
I want to get sleek... I DON'T WANT TO LOOK LIKE A MAN THOUGH
Why I Love It:
I actually find it enjoyable to lift because I like the feeling that I can kick someone's ass. I also like that I'm getting smaller sleeker... slight hotter (I'm a butter-face so there ain't some things you can fix)
How I Stay Motivated:
It's tough.
But everytime I read my BF % being lower it makes me feel a bit better about myself
BB Accomplishments:
I went from could do a squat to I'm working towards my body weight (major goal)
My pants are the same size but my butt looks better
I can't imagine what my BF% used to be but I'm down to 25% and working my way down
there be fat... which is what I was... and somethings still haven't changed

The pics are rough due to the camera/time of day so it'll be hard to see
I survived the month of not working out better then I thought I would but I would of liked to seen better
I worked hard to eat clean on the weekdays and allowed myself the weekend to eat not clean... i ...
Get down to 21 or less % BF
Squat my body weight
deadlift my bodyweight
look delicious nekkid
feel confident in a bikini
less jiggle when I move on my thighs
