How I Started:
I started lifting weights when I was in high school. A friend of mine in my classroom looked like a bodybuilder. That's when the bug got me.
Why I Love It:
It's the feeling of lifting weights and getting stronger that i love the must. Also is a good way to release stress.
How I Stay Motivated:
By reading bodybuilding magazines, reading articles from bodybuilding.com and watching Pumping Iron.
BB Accomplishments:
I was able to bench press 260lbs for 6 reps and squat 265lbs for 6 reps.
