First, you need to figure out what's your weight goal. Mine is 235, so I am consuming that in grams of protein per day. Second, are you bulking or trying to get lean now?

Trust me, I haven't done that workout in quite some time. It's what I started with years ago though. BIG mistake. Now I'm paying for it. I'm surprised you don't have shirts made up with your logo. It's pretty cool.
