Drop my bodyweight from the upper 230s to the low 220s. This would get my in the 12% bodyfat range.
Goal (Long):
I'm going to try Intermittent Fasting for 10 weeks. I'll fast for 18 hours a day and eat, cleanly, during the other 6 hours. Training will typically be every other day. Full body workouts with HIIT or biking/hockey.
Things are going well. 2 weeks into this and I've dropped 5lbs. Strength hasn't dropped. I think the AMP is working well and the addition of fish oil certainly seems to help my joints.
Ya I am loving the DoggCrapp... I am on my "cruising" because I have to have some injections for my arthritis in my back... but anyways, good luck with your surgery and hopefully you will get back on the ice soon!
