Doing Jim Stoppani“s 12 week program, now (09.04.12) on the 9th week, like it so far.
Doing Jim Stoppani´s 12 week program, now (09.04.12) on the 9th week, like it so far. After this I intend to do the Kris Gethin´s DTP for 4 weeks, then rest a week or so and depending on my shape Dorian Yates HIT or the FST-7.
Also working on my speed and power on the track field twice a week with specific drills and workouts designed to run faster the 60m and the 100m. Using this as my cardio as well.

Taking more or less carbs depending on my daily needs and workout plan, always high on protein
Im taking more or less carbs depending on my daily needs and workout plan, usually going high in carbs, with 2 days of loading a week (4-6 gr per kg on those days) and the rest alternating between intermediate and low levels of carbs. Protein levels always high, lower on carb loading days but never less than 2.2 gr per kg. Fats relatively low.

If you wanna be succesfull you´re gonna have to give everything you have in order to succeed, you dont get to success in an elevator but in a long stairway, steo by step, day by day, inch by inch, does that means its gonna be hard? sure. Does that means you cant enjoy it? hell no! Its all about the journey, motivation and strenght comes from the mind not the body, the body is just a result of what you set your mind to.
