How I Started:
i was tired of being the chubbier kid in the group so i wanted to lose some wieght and gain muscle. also, being half mexican a lot of my moms family either worksout and looks great or they eat the true mexican food and look like they could take on some sumo wrestlers. i just dont want to end up like some of my relatives.
Why I Love It:
nobody else can effect you. it is solely based on what you put into it. I love figuring out what works for me and seeing the result it gives.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at pictures of me 4 years ago and thinking how much different life was then for me then. Always seeing somebody bigger and stronger also is a nice kick in the ass

Today i started off taking some anabolic pump 15 minutes before my pre workout meal.  after i had the meal about 20 minutes from then i could see my muscles filling out and i just couldnt wait to hit the wieghts.  When i got to the gym i was pumped because i was visiting a different one...

i train at SLU, and sometimes at other gyms around when i plateau. if you want, we could train. always up to checkin out new routines.
