Goal (Long): to challenge myself in ways i have yet to. the diet, the gym time. its as gratifying to me now as half of a chocolate cake used to be. to prove to myself that i can do this.

in my ever constant battle with the bulge and my over-indulgence in all things sweet, i have found that very little helps keep me on track with my eating habits. carbs seem to be my biggest weakness..or should i say sugar? breads, cookies, soda..all that garbage. i've managed to cut it out...

How's the fat-loss saga continuing? You should post some progress photos. You don't look remotely heavy in your current pic, so you must be doing well. Keep up the good work.
