Was a skinny kid (but very athletic) in high school. Junior year, started lifting and put on 20lbs in two or three months. Got in great shape, felt good and the girls liked it ;)
Why I Love It:
Its a great outlet from stress. My job as a Systems Analyst I sit a lot all day. Its great to workout hard, lift weights, do cardio, feel the rush from a good work out (and look good
How I Stay Motivated:
I just know that when I slack I really don't like what I see when I look in the mirror, I have less energy and I don't like that. I enjoy seeing results, staying active and energized.
BB Accomplishments:
Have had some injuries that I've bounced back from and learned how to lift better/smarter to avoid those injuries!

Well, you know I've been working on hitting 170. I've passed that. I've been fluctuating now between 171 and 173. I'm pretty happy with the gains. Still looking pretty lean. I've basically just been following my meal plan as detailed in one of my previous posts and lifting hard.
