How I Started:
I start buying a pair 4lbs dummbells and I tried various routines. Many months later I buy other pair of dummbells, now 11 pounds pair. I tried many routines but I am not consistent with them. I hope that change now!
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is like sculping a statue. With every set and rep you can change a body part. This is your hammer, and you are the sculptor. You can create a masterpiece of your self and change your life. I want to sculpt a new image of me!
How I Stay Motivated:
Visulize me in the future, like a strong and muscular man, motived me. See the transformation of other people like me, are inspirational.

I want to gain 20 pounds of muscle by march 2010 and build a muscular body.
Goal (Long):
I always be a skinny guy. I dont take importance to this, until I has 19 yr old, but I don't do something. Some years later, (I was 26 yrs old)meanwhile I study in the university, I meet with some youngest guys who studied in my school. They where kids when I was a 18 years old guy. They are in their twenties and I have 26 yrs old. They where big and muscular, and I was skinny, weak and small. I feel bad and inferior. Actually my weigth is 110 pounds, I have 29 yrs old, my heigth is 1 mtr and 66 cms. I tried with some magazines routines, but I am not be consistent and I am not stay motivated. My goals are: I want practice any sport (gymnastics, swimming or tae kwon do). I want to build a muscular body (a gymnastic body), a big chest, strong legs and a amazing six pack. I believe I can do it with the dedication, faith in my potencial and the motivation of Bodybuilding.com. Let´s do it.! (Excuse my bad english!)

Thank you for your wonderful words. I would appreciate and regard it as an incredible honor if you would consider putting me on your “members that inspire list.” I am trying to work my way up the most inspirational ladder so that other amputees and people with handicaps can feel motivated and inspired to work out. So many handicapped people feel as though they can’t get into shape and I want them to know that they can.
